Images, retina displays & max. photo dimensions for Webydo?

Hi,
What are Webydo's recommended settings so that uploaded images look their best, including on retina displays, yet also load fast. Pls. include: recommended maximum long age dimension (eg Max longedge dimension, resolution, compression settings etc..

Also, does Webydo apply its own compression and / or sharpening?

thank you!

    Hi Adam!

    Thanks for the q!
Webydo recommends that all images be 72dpi, RGB colours, up to 200MB - roughly 960x650px.

If you have Photoshop you can also save the image for web, which generally ensures it will look good online.

If you do not save for web, Webydo does automatically optimise the images though.

I hope this has helped, let us know if you have further questions about it!
