  1. Site Folders on Main Dashboard

    On the main dashboard where the sites created are listed... This should have folders and option to view more than only 5 projects on the one page. Personally we have some clients that do upward of 10 -12 different types of websites with us and it would be painful having them scattered all throughout the project list. Especially if they are done over a long period where numerous other projects are completed in between. If folders are created it would then also be good to be able to make client notes and reminders in the folders. Possibly also create design…

  5. What happened to chat support, is that completely gone now?

    If chat support has been removed then the pricing needs to reflect that considerably. Support went from availability during working hours to a couple time a week to now what seems to be nothing. That's not acceptable and the platform looses value big time. Please let us know whats going on?

  6. How much control do I have over my servers?

    Am I able to connect services like email marketing or webmail to the server(s) that host my websites (how do the "forms" work)?
