    Hello Guido,

    This is already possible :)

Here is what you do, I have included screenshots of the steps to make it easy to follow.

    1. Open pages and Navigation: http://goo.gl/DkfEqd
    2. Duplicate your desired page: http://goo.gl/XXTZHB
    3. Click on the settings icon for the duplicated page: http://goo.gl/D9Dt64
    4. In the settings, you will see an Included In dropdown where you can select the menu you want the page to be located in: http://goo.gl/WXFfXA

Once you add it to the new menu, refresh your browser and you will see the new duplicated page has moved!

    Hello Aaron,

You may want to also check out the Webydo Professionals Facebook page.
That is one of the places people post and share different 3rd party widgets that they find.

    Here is a link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1641717262739664/?ref=br_rs

You can also always contact your account manager, and they will help you find what you need.

    Hello Aaron,

All of our templates are 100% editable. You can customize anything that you would like, as well as add code to any of the templates.

We have a number of 3rd party widgets as well, already located in the studio. In the elements panel, you can scroll down to the Plugins/Widgets area. Here you can find many differnt 3rd party elements that are easily integrated into your site.

If you are looking for more sliders, I would also suggest taking a look at Cincopa. They have many amazing sliders to choose from, and can be easily embedded into Webydo.

I saw you mentioned video embed - you are able to use the Webydo video element to upload Youtube/Vimeo videos onto your site.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact support either via live chat or email.

    Hello Aaron,

That is correct, if you are setting up the form so that the viewer can download a file once the form has been filled out.

I believe however that this post was referring to the website viewer to have the ability to attach documents into the form. Such as a CV for an employment inquiry form.

Thank you for your comments :)

    Hello,

Our form element does not have this feature.

If this is something you require for your site, you can always embed a form onto the site using the Widget element.

Here is an example of one you can easily add to your site: http://www.jotform.com/dropbox/

    Hello Raymond,

The Order Now is not a request for domain registration, but for the Domain and CMS hosting.
On our older Team plans, there is a $5/month Domain and CMS hosting fee when attaching a domain to a site.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact your Success Manager or support@webydo.com and we can assist you in setting up the domain.

    Hello,

We do not have a feature like this at the moment. However this sounds like an amazing tool, I would highly suggest posting it on our participate forum.

I will also suggest this to our product team.

    Hello,

The footer will always automatically sit directly below your contact section.
We do not currently have a setting to pin it at the bottom of your browser, but that is a fantastic idea.
I will pass it on to our product manager, and hopefully we will see it added in the near future!

    Hello,

The Google Security Error is a different error than a 502 server error.
If you are still having the Google Security Error please send support@webydo.com your SID or a link to the site so we can see what could be causing Google to think your site is malicious.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Some Webydo sites were down due to a server Error.
As soon as we saw the issue, we contacted Google for a timeframe.

When we found that it was taking too long, we switched your site and the other sites over to a different server so that we could bring them back up as soon as possible.

If you are still having trouble, please email support@webydo.com

    Best,
    Alana

Thank you so much for that post!
It was great, and very well written.

Here is a link to our Knowledge Base article that explains how to create anchor links.

    http://knowledgebase.webydo.com/Design-Like-A-Pro-/52333790/The-Anchor-Link-Feature.htm

As an addition, here are some tips.

    1. When creating an anchor link, it's often easier to bring in a new shape instead of using existing elements. This will allow you to adjust the anchors to exactly where you want the page to scroll.

    2. When using a new shape, I always place mine along the X axis of the site, so I can easily find them after I set them to be transparent.

    3. The site will scroll to the top of the anchor element. If you have a fixed navigation bar at the top, you will need to take that into consideration when placing the anchor. The anchor will scroll to the top underneath the pinned navigation, so you will want to place the anchor higher on the page.

Hope this helps! If you need any more assistance, please contact support@webydo.com

Just to let you know, to make something an anchor, all you have to do is right click on the element and select "Set as Anchor Link"

    Hello Amelia,

Pinned and Parallax elements get automatically placed as the top layer of your site when setting the animation. To reset your header to be on top, select each element and un-pin then re-pin the elements. Once reset, your header will sit on top!

    Hello Ollie,

The menu element is currently set up to only show active state when on a specific page and not when it reaches an anchor link.

This however is a great idea and I will pass it on to our product team.

The menu we have on our Webydo site, was added in using code. This is also something you are able to add in as the Webydo site was build in the Webydo studio.

    Hope this helps!

We recently added in this feature. You can see it when you have your video selected when using the video element.

    Hello,

Our sliders under the Gallery tab in the Elements Panel all work both ways.
If you are on a computer tablet or mobile device you can either click through images or slide through them.

I hope this answered your question!

    1. Take your Google Analytics ID: Your web-property ID is listed in the first few lines of the tracking code, and takes the form UA-XXXXX-Y or UA-XXXXX-YY.

    2. Access Webydo's Dashboard and then click the website's Settings icon.

    3. Under the Services tab, paste the ID in the “Google Analytics” field and click Save.

    4. Go back into the Studio and publish your website again.

You can find the full instructions here: http://knowledgebase.webydo.com/All-Articles-/52333686/How-To-Add-Google-Analytics-to-Your-Website.htm

    Hi Stanley!

    That's a great question!
You need to copy your Google Analytics ID and then paste it into the services tab in "Pages" and then "SEO" in your studio - where it says Google Analytics.
There's more detailed instructions in our Knowledge Base here: http://participate.webydo.com/knowledgebase/articles/307214-how-to-add-google-analytics-to-your-webydo-website

You can set an element to repeat on other pages by right clicking and choosing the "repeat on all pages" tool.

This will pop-up a window where you can select specifically which pages the element will repeat on.
The element will then repeat in the exact same location on those pages.
